How to play

You get a country name and a blank canvas — no reference image. Draw the flag from memory, then hit Reveal & Score.

How the score works

An uneven tricolour still scores in the nineties. The right colours in the wrong order does not.

Stuck? Take a hint

Up to three outline hints per flag. Dashed guides gradually trace the flag's actual shapes, from main outlines to smaller details, without showing colours. Simple flags need fewer hints. Your score stays the same, and the result and share card note how many you used.

Flag guides

One reference page per flag: what it looks like, the colour codes, the order to build it in, what the design means, and which other flags it gets mistaken for.

What is in a flag guide

Every guide answers the questions people actually search for: what colours the flag uses (with hex and RGB values), what order the bands go in, what proportions it flies at, what the design stands for, and the mistake that trips people up when they draw it from memory.

Then there is a link straight to the canvas, because reading about a flag and being able to reproduce it are not the same thing. Pick one and try.
