How the score works

An uneven tricolour still scores in the nineties. The right colours in the wrong order does not.

Stuck? Take a hint

Up to three outline hints per flag. Dashed guides gradually trace the flag's actual shapes, from main outlines to smaller details, without showing colours. Simple flags need fewer hints. Your score stays the same, and the result and share card note how many you used.

Daily flag

A new flag every day at midnight UTC, the same one for everyone. Your streak counts consecutive days you finished the daily. Progress is saved in this browser — there is no account, and nothing is uploaded.

Ways to play

Flag archive

Every daily flag that has already been and gone. Play any of them — scoring works exactly the same, but archive rounds leave your streak alone.

How the archive works

The daily flag changes at midnight UTC, and yesterday's moves in here. Each entry keeps its original puzzle number, so #12 is the same flag for everyone, whenever they play it.

Your best score for a past day is saved just like a daily, and unplayed days show a Play label. What the archive deliberately does not do is repair a streak: those count consecutive days you actually showed up for.
