How to play

You get a country name and a blank canvas — no reference image. Draw the flag from memory, then hit Reveal & Score.

How the score works

An uneven tricolour still scores in the nineties. The right colours in the wrong order does not.

Stuck? Take a hint

Three structure hints per flag. Each one adds dashed guides — where the divisions fall, where an emblem sits, how the proportions work — and never a colour or a name. They do not change your score, but the result and the share card note how many you took.

What actually differs

  • Malaysia adds yellow, which Liberia does not have.
  • Malaysia carries crescent, 14-point star and 14 stripes; Liberia has nothing in the middle.
  • Liberia flies at 10:19 and Malaysia at 1:2, so side by side one looks longer than the other.
  • Even the shared colours are mixed differently: red (#BF0A30 against #CC0001) and blue (#002868 against #010066).

How to keep them straight

Liberia: Anchor on the biggest shape: a rectangular canton in the upper hoist corner over a striped field in red, white and blue. Everything else on the flag hangs off that.

Malaysia: Anchor on the biggest shape: a rectangular canton in the upper hoist corner over a striped field in red, white, blue and yellow. Everything else on the flag hangs off that.

The drawing scorer is built for exactly this: if you swap the colours of Liberia it will tell you which two you flipped, rather than just handing you a low number.
