How to play

You get a country name and a blank canvas — no reference image. Draw the flag from memory, then hit Reveal & Score.

How the score works

An uneven tricolour still scores in the nineties. The right colours in the wrong order does not.

Stuck? Take a hint

Three structure hints per flag. Each one adds dashed guides — where the divisions fall, where an emblem sits, how the proportions work — and never a colour or a name. They do not change your score, but the result and the share card note how many you took.

What actually differs

  • Both flags use the same colours — red, white and green — so the difference is in the shades and the shape.
  • Hungary is three equal horizontal bands; Iran is three horizontal bands with an emblem.
  • Hungary flies at 1:2 and Iran at 4:7, so side by side one looks longer than the other.
  • Even the shared colours are mixed differently: red (#CE2939 against #DA0000) and green (#477050 against #239F40).

How to keep them straight

Hungary: Lock in the order — red, white then green — from the top down. Say it out loud once and you will still have it tomorrow.

Iran: Lock in the order — green, white then red — from the top down. Say it out loud once and you will still have it tomorrow.

The drawing scorer is built for exactly this: if you swap the colours of Hungary it will tell you which two you flipped, rather than just handing you a low number.
