What actually differs
- Both flags use the same colours — blue and yellow — so the difference is in the shades and the shape.
- Sweden is an off-centre cross with the upright shifted toward the hoist; Ukraine is two equal horizontal bands.
- Sweden flies at 5:8 and Ukraine at 2:3, so side by side one looks longer than the other.
- Even the shared colours are mixed differently: blue (#006AA7 against #005BBB) and yellow (#FECC00 against #FFD500).
How to keep them straight
Sweden: Nordic rule: the vertical bar sits left of centre, so the two hoist-side panels are square-ish and the fly panels are long.
Ukraine: Sky over wheat.
